This page (together with any documents referred to on it) sets out the terms and conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”) on which we supply the products (“Products”) listed on our website www.dopatches.com (the “Site”) to you. The Products listed on the Site may be supplied directly by F&P Service AB.

By placing an order for any Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You can print a copy of these Terms & Conditions by selecting the print option in your browser. Use of the Site is subject to the Website Terms of Use, which apply whether or not you order any Products.

We take your privacy seriously. The personal data we collect and process depends on how you use our services. We use your data to provide purchases and services, respond to requests, offer promotions, manage competitions, and for administration. All personal data is processed in compliance with Swedish and EU data protection laws (including GDPR). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The Site is operated by F&P Service AB (“we” or “us”), a company registered in Sweden under registration number 559301-6529, with registered office at Industrigatan 7b, 23436 Lomma, Sweden.

You place an order by following online prompts and confirming payment. You will receive an email confirming receipt, but this does not mean the order is accepted.

We accept your offer by sending a dispatch confirmation email. Each separately shipped product has its own contract. We may refuse orders for any reason, including stock issues or failed payment authorization.

We deliver to the address you provide. Products in one order may arrive in separate packages. Bulky items may have extra charges shown at checkout. We do not deliver to multiple addresses in one order.

Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes when the Products are delivered or paid for in full, whichever is later.

Prices include Swedish VAT but exclude delivery charges, shown at checkout. Prices may change before dispatch confirmation. Payment must be completed using accepted methods. If payment is refused, the order won’t be processed.

You may cancel your order within 30 days of delivery, following Swedish distance contract law. You can cancel before dispatch by emailing hello@dopatches.com.

Some items (e.g. opened sealed health products or medicines) are non-returnable. Return items at your own risk and cost. Refunds for cancelled orders (including standard shipping) are processed within 30 days of return or proof of return.

You have the right to cancel within 30 calendar days after receiving the Products. To cancel, contact us via email at hello@dopatches.com or by post to our customer service address.
